Police appeal for help to trace missing boy with links to Wythenshawe

A 10-year-old boy with connections to the south Manchester and Stockport has gone missing alone from a care home.

SF 2Shaequan Farquarson (pictured) was last seen running away from the care home in Haslingden, Lancashire at 12.15pm on Saturday 30 March.

 

Shaequan has been missing previously and will approach members of the public to obtain money or ask to use a phone to contact friends.

It is believed he may be in the Stockport, Wythenshawe or Old Moat areas as he has friends and family there.

Shaequan is described as black, 4ft 10in tall, with tight, short dreadlocks.He has a Manchester accent and was said to be wearing a black woollen hat with ‘OBEY’ written in white letters on the front, a blue puffer jacket, blue jogging pants and black Converse trainers.

Anyone who has seen Shaequan or who knows of his current whereabouts is asked to call police on 101.
